I have mixed feelings about these caps – despite using them right now.
First of all – the manufacturer sent me caps that had opaque letters, not translucent. The support at Keysium explained the situation and provided me with a small partial refund – which I appreciate very much. A good support team goes really far with a company, and gives me confidence to buy again in the future.
I think my biggest issue is that the black row of keys isn’t as dark as (I think) it could be. The gradient (at least to my eyes) is white to dark grey.
Not sure how I feel about the whole situation, honestly. I like the concept of the caps, but I think between the mistaken gear and “not black” gray, I’m pretty luke warm on this as a whole.
The quality support team bumps this to 3 stars.
